You can choose from our specialty motsunabe or Hakata leek shabu-shabu.There are 4 types of offal hotpot: popular miso, Hakata standard soy sauce, garlic-free green onion salt, and spicy red miso.I definitely recommend Champon noodles as a finishing touch.We use fresh offal from Onuma beef.Hakata Negi Shabu is black pork served with plenty of green onions.
