In particular, their "Miso Motsunabe" (miso-flavored offal hot pot) uses a homemade blend of miso developed to suit Sapporo's food culture. It's rich in flavor yet easy to eat, making it popular with people of all ages.

Enjoy a surprisingly light shabu-shabu dish featuring leeks that become sweeter the longer they are simmered in flying fish broth, along with Hokkaido-raised pork.
