In particular, the "Miso Motsunabe" is made with a homemade blend of miso developed to suit Sapporo's food culture. It is rich in flavor yet easy to eat, making it popular with people of all ages and genders.

<Hakata leek shabu-shabu>

This surprisingly light shabu-shabu is made by simmering deep-rooted leeks, which become sweeter the more they are simmered in flying fish broth, together with Hokkaido pork.

This new specialty has many repeat customers who say, "It's not heavy even if you eat a lot," and "It's easy on the palate."
